Doloc Town
Game Title: Doloc Town
Released: August 6, 2026
Game Length: N/A
Grade: A
Story
Characters: Proti, or whatever name you give your character in the beginning, will be permanent. You are transferred to help a place called Doloc Town after the great robot war. Claud is the Mayor who has been around leading the people ever since the train was stopped in the middle of nowhere. There are four characters that make up a rag-team of defenders: Orlando the overzealous leader that still runs the guild alone, Hult who is now stuck in a wheelchair after an accident, Zenis the tavern maiden, and Ponka who heroically saved the people. Ponka is a robot you will hear a lot from the locals who traveled far to keep a secret project intact after the war. You follow the breadcrumbs through many different locations to piece together the Environmental Modifier that slightly cleans up the area in small ways so more fish and vegetation can grow.
Vitals
Day: There isn't a period of time where time automatically advances from one day to the next. Five minutes of game time progresses every four seconds of real time. Days naturally progress at midnight and mail gets delivered at 8am. However, your character does have a purple energy bar that continuously depletes as time advances. The bar lasts approximately 20-hours and can be restored 3-hours for every one hour resting. The normal course of action is to spend your time from 6am to midnight and sleep in a bed until dawn at 6am. Someone who isn't afraid of the dark may choose to rest on a bench for three hours or consume certain items to keep going. The problem are the penalties that make it difficult to stay awake for any lengthy period of time. Fainting from exhaustion will automatically advance the time 8-hours and charge you 200 coins to bring you back to your farm. There isn't an option to slow down time, but time can be accelerated by four times on any bench. There are also consumable sleeping bags to use anywhere and consumable rescue pagers that brings you back to your farm instantly.
Stamina: Any action you take with an item in your inventory on the environment slowly drains your blue stamina bar. This includes simple tasks like filling a plastic bottle with water, when trying to catch a fish, or cutting down a tree with an axe. Stamina is not consumed opening chests or harvesting crops. Once per day you can increase your stamina by 50%, even going over the maximum with a yellow bar a little bit, by taking a hot shower or bath. Since no time advances, the developer lets you cosmetically do this as much as you want throughout the day. Food and water can help recover your stamina. You do not pass out when running out of stamina. Every level increases your stamina by 25 and your health by 10. Special liquid can be found hidden in the environment that increases it even more.
Relationships
Friendship: There are currently 13 characters you can build a relationship with in the game. What you gift them each week will determine whether your relationship increases or decreases a heart that will be added to their biography: the heart icon indicates favorite 30%, music note like 17.5%, question mark 10%, three dots dislike that lowers 7.5%, and a red hated mark where they throw the item back at you that lower 12.5%. You can gift two items to each character every week. There's some benefit in completing activities in the main story and five points are added for simply interacting with them once per day. Once a heart is achieved, a statement in their biography will lead you to a new cutscene that automatically plays the moment you enter the area. Some events that are time sensitive will be posted through the mail. You might just find yourself spending the entire day doing something, be gifted items, or given a task to complete.
Birthday: The friendship modifier for providing a gift on a character's birthday changes things. Though not all characters marked on the calendar can be given a present at this time. You can give a present regardless if they received two already for the week. Any positive influence is increased by three while any negative influence is nullified. You set your birthday at the start of the game. If you visit the tavern at a set time that day, you will receive a piece of cake and a random present from your most-favored friend.
Gifts: The value of the gift means more than the type of gift a person may appreciate. Lank the recycler still hates being gifted rubbish and Merlin the blacksmith is not going to be entirely happy if you give him ingots. A blueberry will be appealing to some of the ladies, but no one seems to want a bottle of water. As hinted by the flute item, Pre-War Collectibles and Mineral Collectibles are a cheap way to reach people's favorite list: Hult & Zenis like the key, Dada & Villain like the game console, Lank & Claud like the Thermos, and Alchemy & Orlando like the Flute. You can talk with Hult to find out someone's preferences on their birthday. You can also get a hint from checking out the chest in someone's room once they like you enough. Otherwise, information on a person's likes and dislikes will sneak in occasionally from cutscenes.
Factions
Treaty Port: New players are going to have a hard time unless they learn to advance Claud's dream to renew the docks down below. The first requirement is a donation of 5,000 coins. The second is meeting up with each of the faction leaders when they appear at the docks. So, one faction leader will show up on Monday and another will appear on Thursday. Once you complete some basic tasks, they will agree to meet by the large container at the docks everyday. Each one provides some essential "achievements" to turn in such as some basic fish or crops grown during a season. We are going to cover each one separately below.
Gabryl: One who handles the local infrastructure and runs the Doloc Furniture Shop. You can repair the bus stations for quick access to the Outpost east of town. Although there are tickets that you can buy for 25 coins to take a bus route across the map, directly paying 30 coins without carrying them around is also an option. You can help out Mira who heads the site by adding a storage shelf, a storage box (chest), and a bed to sleep in when you can't make it back to town. Pay her a visit and the mysterious trader for some goods. There's an option to repair the cable car to unlock the mining area to the far northwest. There is a bunch of general research tasks for fun items too.
Kenenimuu: One who handles animals. He hosts the Skychild Trading Store behind Alchemy's Botanical Garden everyday until you open up the Treaty Port. You can purchase different animals, animal products, and the plains furniture set. He will tell you exactly how to handle each animal if you ask him nicely. Eventually, he will give you the Resonator that enables you to purchase honey bugs and collect alfalfa from the ground during the rainy seasons.
Paiea: She overheads access to the Wetlands. Repairing the hovercraft is essential before unlocking that region. She will offer "Wetland docks" as bus station routes to various parts of the region. One "hidden dock" might appear to be quite expensive at a whopping 20,000 coin and 5 Titanium bar cost, but this will actually unlock a second farm at a cute mushroom house. Though, the witch there has some things to say about your stay there: no containers, there can be rain or acid rain, outside drones are permitted, modifying the weather is not permitted, power is shared between both your farms, and the weather is always both mild and wettest (not dry seasons). Make sure to check out what goods she has to offer while you are there. As the head of the Kon-Tiki Trading Station, you can buy crawlrus seeds (shrub), advanced fishing rods, and island furniture. Ultimately, she offers the Water Purification Core to catch a few new kinds of fish.
Quipu: Leading the Cerro Rico Trading booth. There is a long list of various knick-knacks to purchase. The main thing you can get from her is the cocoa seeds to make chocolate. She also offers a chance to build a cellar.
Shylock: Traveling a long ways from the Vulture Citadel is a man of questionable tastes. He is mainly interested in drones, guns, and gold. He does sell raw agave seeds in case you don't have a combined one that breaks down. Unlike the other faction leaders, Shylock likes to play a little game with you for his special item. He starts by asking for 800,000 coins, but you can lower that amount by making a deal. Everyday, he will ask for something specific like a gold bar or some agave wine. He allows you one chance each day to change that item to something else. Once you give him what he wants, Shylock will throw a gift in your general direction and flip a coin. If it matches your guess, he knocks the amount down by half. Otherwise, it lowers by the value of your gift. This continues on until the offer reaches 100,000 coins. This turns out to be the Biomass Catalog for the Environmental Modifier that comes a few days later in the mail.
Structures
Z-Axis: The first thing that took me a long time to get adjusted to is the presence of a three-dimensional plane. Structures are technically placed in the background. While you can physically stack structures on top of each other, the only place you can actually stand on or place objects on is the frontal plane with the door. The second layer is your platforms. You can build various kinds made out of things like wood, bamboo, stone, and rubbish. There is no height restriction, but you can only extend them out by 12 blocks before needing to make room for legs on another platform. You can build onto the legs of existing platforms even when there are things placed on top. The amount of blocks that overflow will be returned to you. The third layer is your physical objects.
Buildings: The only building you have in the beginning is a tent. As you unlock new buildings, you are capable of purchasing kits from Gerald. These include tents, the small and large barn sheds, the small to large containers, power container that boosts generators, a cellar that goes underground, a polytunnel that accelerates plant growth, and a greenhouse that grows any type of plant no matter the season. There is a lot of things you can do with these buildings. You can paint the exterior white, add a window to the interior, or use a doorplate to change the name. Use a toolbox to break them down to the cost of resources. A complete surprise is the Agricultural Signal Light that you can place anywhere outside as long as it is in front of the container it targets to function. It will show a red light if there is anything inside that needs water and a green light if something is ready for harvest. The last thing he promotes is the ability to link the buildings. This might sound confusing, but the feature lets you hop to the top or bottom of an interior space to the next without stepping outside. Jump from container to container, then to your tent, and deep underground to the cellar without ever going through their doors.
Chests: What oddly surprised me is that chests can be moved around with their contents intact. Simply break them down with your axe like you usually do and place them down in a new location. Everything inside will be safe. You can even have a little bit of inception by placing chests inside chests. You can change their name, color, and a label that display all outside, flag included. Stations automatically pull contents out of chests to be used as long as they are close enough. If you need the box to be placed further but still be accessible, throw a box locator on it that shows as a bright red square on the outside.
Decorations: There is a long list of very fascinating objects to place around your farm. The first would be the lighting decorations that all have their own style and glow. You can place down chairs and couches to rest or beds to sleep in. The display decorations allow you to place a physical object that hovers (and sparkles) overhead without worrying about accidentally picking it up. Like chests, there are bookcases and cabinets that function like very small storage units you can throw some things in. The shower and bath restore energy once per day. The amount is around 50% of your total energy and even overflows a little bit as a small yellow bar. Time does not advance! Nothing prevents you from doing it multiple times each day for fun.
Music: Scattered about and usually offered for 1,000 coins off vendors are Melody cassette tapes. They can be played on the Wasteland Speaker on your farm or Portable Audio Player in your inventory. Since both items are synced, any change made on one will be made on the other. You can add or remove certain tracks in a playlist or play from all of them. A couple of them can be obtained by dialing certain numbers in the telephone booth. You can repeat one track, play sequentially, or shuffle. The music will fade and restart whenever you enter into a building or leave the farm (in the case of the speaker).
Farming
Seed Research: When you first start the game, there are only two types of seeds that survived the apocalypse: Endyam Seed that grows in the first rainy seasons and Succulent Seed that grows in the dry seasons. They grow rather quickly and have traits that allow them to survive the acid rains and scorching sun. You can even harvest them in the wild. The other seeds won't become available until you find a Seed Specimen carefully preserved in a capsule, bring them to Alchemy, put any crops into the machine for Plant Research Reports, and finally unlock them using material from her grand seed list. Afterwards, Villain stocks up on the seeds for purchase.
Crop Data: Once you obtain any new crop, bring them over to Sacco at the Archives. The odd robot will document and reward you with some currency for each one you bring over. After some time passes and perhaps teach the refurbished machine how to be friends in the process, you can access the information via a crafted computer. The information is strictly for lore purposes and informs you the number of times you grew the crop.
Seed Type: There are 5 types of seeds. Each type requires their own type of basin to plant in.
- Basic - The most versatile collection can be placed in any type of basic basin. They can grow in the first two rainy seasons or the last two dry seasons. There are a variety of growth rates available. Some seeds can be harvested multiple times before they disappear.
- Shrub - The shrub basin is a little longer than the basic one. The wax apple, coffee bean, and tea leaves grow in the first three seasons and wither away during the last driest season. You can technically harvest them for a total of 25 times, meaning there is a good chance they will fall apart before they disappear. The one exception to the rule is the Agave seeds, taken from the agave artifact, that grows only in the last two dry seasons for 20 days and harvests a single time.
- Vine - Unlike how there are two different shrub basins, there is only one type of vine basin. The grape, hop, cucumber, and crawlrus (obtained from factions) can only be planted during mild seasons, which means the first rainy and third dry seasons. Similar to their shrub counterparts, they can be harvested multiple times during an entire season before they wither away when the next one arrives.
- Fungus - These only grow during the second wettest season. These grow extremely fast in one or two days. Though, they do require the very specific fungus plant basin to grow. Tumor Fungus can be a little complicated since it only grows from a mushroom that matured but then withered by acid rain.
- Tree - These seeds do not require a basin and can be planted inside or outside your farm. No watering is necessary. Some trees will naturally grow on your farm without any involvement. Though, bamboo trees are naturally a little larger than the other two trees. The resin collector can be used on trees in and outside your farm. You can get sap from standard trees or juice from bamboos. There is a tree basin specifically called Vertical Frame if you wish to grow trees above ground somewhere. Its width and height are preset when you place it down. Cocoa trees must be obtained from the faction leader.
Genes: This is where things get complicated. Every seed can have up to three traits through some clever manipulation. The Gene Activation Chamber can implement one new trait on any 9 seeds over the course of a day. What type of seed you place inside the chamber will determine the percent chance of getting a certain trait, but all traits are possible even with the slimmest chance from any seed. A seed could very well come out with the same trait going in. If you want to remove a trait in a Gene Capsule, then use the Gene Extractor. You can insert up to 20 of a single seed type. One is processed approximately every 4 hours. A capsule or seed with a trait can be inserted into a Gene Replicator and be copied onto up to 20 different seeds. These seeds cannot be reproduced as their crop is now "seedless" as a clone. The fourth and final machine is the Gene Synthesizer that lets you combine two seeds or gene capsules together.
Cooking
Recipes: Figuring out what seeds to plant and when is only the first step. Knowing what to do with the crops to make some money is a whole different beast. You start out not knowing how to cook anything; learning what works will be a long-term process. Conversing with Hult everyday, hanging out with your friends, and reading the cook pages will help give you some pointers. However, please make note that there is a difference between a fixed recipe in Recipe Mode that will automatically pull supplies out of a chest and a flexible recipe in Fresh Mode that requires ingredients to be in your inventory. A flexible recipe will not be shown or referenced in the recipe list. As an example, two yellow fungus will always create fried mushrooms. You can even craft upwards to 10 automatically if you have them ready in a chest nearby. To create mushroom soup, any mushroom you have in your inventory must be physically placed into a slot and crafted by hand. If you already made something before, a picture of the meal will be shown on the screen as you add ingredients.
Vendors: Because you are unable to see previews of all the recipes in the game, attempting to replicate the various products from the vendors seems to be your best bet. For example, Zenis at the tavern late at night serves a number of different drinks. Licca will offer a limited number of random crops and meals every Sunday in place of her sister. Speaking of Kasia, she seems to be the only place to obtain raw meat in the game.
Buffs: Most food will supply you stamina and health. Coffee is the rare exception that increases your energy, but the system will slowly decrease how much you can restore (18 hours, 24 hours, and 36 hours) to the point of being ineffective until you faint or sleep in a bed. Some will provide a short term buff to something like "ore collection rate" for 6 or 8 hours. Others will provide a long term buff or sometimes state slightly boosts to something like Health recovery for 12 or 16 hours. If you use an item with the same buff, the time doesn't stack more time but resets to its maximum. More than one buff can be applied at a time. Alcohol and failed meals can even hinder your status. The boosts are very minor in the grand scheme of things, providing maybe a 25% chance to obtain one extra of whatever item you are collecting off the ground.
Stations: The first thing to make note is the number of interactable objects you unlock through the tech tree. Not every crop you make will be usable with every workstation. A large station that offers more slots will completely overshadow the use of a small station. Any additional ingredients you add in extra can transform the product into a delicious meal that gives a little more than the usual amount. Cooking gets cut in half. Large processors can take up to 5 or 10 items instead of 1 but require more space. There is also a chance to obtain a number of cosmetically different objects that function identical to the ones unlocked from the tech tree. To simplify where to put certain crops, please use the following list:
- Grinder - Turns wheat into flour, paddy into rice, pepper into chili powder, and cocoa fruit (tree) into cocoa powder. Despite there being better options, you can turn mint leaf into mint oil for fun.
- Pot - Mainly uses coffee, tea, and milk.
- Oven - Mainly uses flour and sometimes products from barn such as eggs, honey, or milk.
- Drying Box - Mainly used for dried fish. Fish will give a number proportion to their value, with some giving a higher delicious version. There are exceptions like the Aquatic Chameleon Bug gives gel and Golden Fish will give golden ore. Milk can be turned into cheese. Raw Meat (bought from Kasia) can be turned into jerky. You can also turn tea leaves into tea bag or coffee into dried coffee, but this process is totally optional for cooking.
- Pickle Jar - To make candy, add blueberry, crawlrus, grape, strawberry, watermelon, or wax apples. Add Chinese Cabbage to make pickles, or you can also pickle turnips. Depending on the value of the fish, roe can transform into salted, caviar, or premium caviar. You can double the price of an egg by turning it into a century egg. For fun, you can turn milk into yogurt.
- Brewing Cask - Hops, grapes, rice, agave (from the tree), and Eden fruit (endgame) all produce alcohol.
Fish
Fishing: The first thing every fisherman needs is a fishing rod. You can obtain a few tiers from Lightman down at the docks, but the higher tiers can be obtained from someone less local. The rod determines the chance of catching a specific kind of fish and subtly improve aspects of the mini-game. What determines the type of fish is based on the fishing location, season, weather, and time. For a couple of examples, salmon can be caught more during the festival and catfish more at night. Even shallow water can give you a few rubbish items. Keep an eye out for the golden fish in the deep forest that you can sell for 1,000 or turn in as a task for 2,000 coins. You cast, pull up when the bobber drops, hold when the bar is green, and press when the bar is yellow. Place the fish in a Drying Box to turn them into food, but please consider that the price is preset regardless of what you put into it. Certain fish are only available after you install the Water Purification Core into the Environmental Modifier.
Feeding: An entire section of the animal tech tree is devoted in raising fish. The most basic fish tank can hold six fish. Fiber is what you will be feeding them most of the time, but there are a number of other crops that can be placed in the tank. Protein (x10) and cereal (x30) compressed from the machine can also be used until you can build an Eco-friendly fish tank. All the fish will eat at different rates. You must obtain the roe that is produced as the fish will continue to eat regardless if more cannot be collected. Shrimp do not create fish eggs. Roe can be placed in a pickle jar to create three different tiers of caviar depending on the type of fish. Further attachments can help increase the maximum or potency of breeding. Other fun options include the Premium Planted Tank which is a broken fish tank that only gives you a kelp each day and the Fishy Generator that gives you a little power after inserting three fish into the slots.
Breeding: Instead of eating the eggs, you can stick the roe in a fish hatchery (unlocked through the tech tree) that grows into a baby fish placed inside a small bag of water after a day. Place that into a fish tank for a day to produce an adult fish. Some fish are only obtained this way. Although the tutorial introduces one new kind of fish that can be bred using a catfish and a bunch of sardines, there are a number of different combinations introduced through reading the abandoned fishermen letters. Don't quickly judge them as ravings from a lunatic!
Animals
Types: To obtain animals, one must buy them in sacks from Kenenimuu. Each animal occupies a certain load in sheds: Stilt-Tail pheasants count as 2, Horned Alpacas count as 3, and Marsh Beasts count as 4. Pheasants will allow you to collect eggs from a nest that is built inside the shed. If you don't like where the current nest is located, destroying one with your axe will cause them to rebuild a nest elsewhere. Eggs can be collected everyday. When the alpacas give you the green thumbs up sign, you can graze them with your scythe for some wool. The same sign can be seen on the marsh beast, but you will want to have a plastic bottle ready to collect some milk. If you need any of this explained, you can ask the faction leader for more information. When two of your animals of the same type are happy, they can enter the Breeding Room to make more as long as there is room in your shed.
Objects: There are a ton of things you can place inside and out to help automate the grooming process of your animals. The first thing would be the small and large feeding troughs that you can load up with fiber or other material to feed your animals. Add a small or large animal toilet (inside or outside) that will collect their poop for fertilizer in the compost machines. Just know that unlike machines that show the recycle icon, the basic compost items will show something different while they are processing. Place a tiny fence on both sides to keep your animals contained. If they do get in your way, you can hit them (gently) with one of your tools. Animals will jump up platforms that are one block apart. The Lint Roller, Milking Machine, and eventually the Hive that you unlock with the Environmental Modifier will all supply you with goods to collect. You can even watch as the animals make their way over to use them! Add salt clumps and animal plushies to make your animals happy. If you need a rundown of animals or want to rename any of them, you can place a Pasture Bell somewhere that touches the shed for a full list.
Special: Unless you were really paying attention to Kenenimuu's lecture, trying to figure out how to collect the more rare secondary item from animals might elude you. The animals must be completely happy and satisfied with more than your basic fiber from the troughs. You will need to add some alfalfa to their diet or place some basins with some "fresh greens" they can graze on (lowers the growth by one without removing the seed). Some will naturally grow during the rainy season after you upgrade the Environmental Modifier.
Drones
Companion: Despite what some game promotions might make the feature appear to give you, there can only be one drone following behind you. The game provides you the basic drone in the beginning. A worn-out drone that cannot be modified can be found in the trash at the Outpost. You can buy better drones from Mody. Each tier provides an additional slot: the first tier gives you a weapon slot, the second tier a chip slot, the third tier unlocks an engine shot for better power generating, and the fourth tier unlocks an accessory slot. Weapons and chips can be found off enemies or forged by Cod. A couple unique weapons like the sword can also be obtained. Support gadgets can be found in treasure chests, completing quests, or bought from Mody. A drone will always follow directly behind you and remain stationary while firing. You can choose the direction to fire using a controller or target the spot with the mouse. You can keep firing until the need to reload or they run out of power. Charged batteries can be used to restore power.
Automation: The Automated Workbench builds both the Automated Drone Station and the helper drones. The small version with one unit must be placed inside buildings while the large version works on an area with three units outside. The drone will hover around without any restrictions to movement. You can have them target up to 6 different colored chests that you can freely modify at any time. To build the drones, you need to craft components from your Assembly Shaper. They require chips and monster materials. The Agricultural drone will carry up to 10 seeds at a time, water plants, use fertilizer, and cover them with mulch (comes in handy on your second farm) when needed. The Harvesting drone will pick up any items shot out of machines and put them into chests. The Filling Drone will supply material to generators and feeders (if the option for each is turned on from the drone station). The Processing Drone watches over anything that uses a recipe and supplies them the goods when needed. The Logistics Drone is a simple drone that moves things using what labels you use between chests.
Other
Equipment: There are three things you can equip: a hat, an accessory, and an item. Hats can come from treasure chests, bought off vendors, or rarely drop off enemies. If you do not get a hat to drop from enemies, you can create one using monster materials from Orlando. The hat you begin the game with will protect you from acid rain, but you could potentially survive walking through a storm all day. One of the earliest ones - the straw hat - will help you the most when tracking down feed for your animals. A couple of hats could be obtained through entering the promotion codes at the telephone booth. Quite a number of accessories can be obtained after completing a friend's relationship status, but there will be the occasional one found in the wild. These help in very little amounts. More can be equipped after buying Accessory Bags for 15,000 coins. There are only three items you can equip in the game: Lank's junk motorcycle you help build that lifts you in the air, Zenis car that can take you to key locations across the valley without any cost or time spent (as long as you aren't like in the Wetlands), and the farm editor device from Mody.
Festivals: There are three festivals. The Salmon Festival is rather simple: catch 25 salmon by the end to receive pumpkin seed and electric drying box. Various other rewards are given for less that amount. The Mushroom Festival is all about harvesting mushrooms that spawn everywhere. There are four types and they can spawn throughout the day even in town. Most can be found inside hidden passages or key locations. You need to collect more than 50 during the event to win the Mushroom Trophy. Mushroom-related prizes can be bartered from the mushrooms you collected. At the end of the year, there is the Long Night Festival that has a number of events all week. There are no quests, but there are notices in the calendar and mail sent out. These include
- Lights On: Claud asks if some kids could help decorate the town. You need 9 batteries to light 9 lanterns and place them in front of each location.
- Ward Off: Orlando sends out some mail telling you how to make fireworks and spotting a great beast in the junkyard. You can visit Orlando at the tavern for more information on how the fireworks might help you or you can also meet him on site telling you that only melee weapons seem to work on the machine. The goal here is to throw the fireworks onto the drone to bring it down and use your pickaxe to deal damage. Better equipment will deal more damage. Any drone bullets will only do 1 damage each compared to like 30 from your pickaxe. Speak with Orlando again afterwards for a special stand.
- Cleanse: Lank will be there on your farm the moment you wake up to tell you that the town needs to be cleaned up. You technically have until Friday, but you can have him check your progress in the same day. You get a reward for completing the task.
- Pass the Torch: Visit the statue at the top of the mountain and talk with all the characters. A small thank you gift is given afterwards.
Special stores will be setup during the final three days that sell exclusive festival items. One store in particular with recipes to some of these items will require copper coins you can get from giving gifts. Watch Night happens during the last few hours on the last night when you bring a cooking item for the party.
Ending: At a certain point, the game will inform you that the Environmental Modifier needs to reach Stage 6 to unlock the Old Ruins. This requires the previous two artifacts in the story and the four that can be obtained from each of the faction leaders. The truth of what happened to Ponka will be revealed, the final boss surprises you, and the third farm becomes available. Once you reach the top of the building, the credits will roll. However, you can continue playing the game by inserting the final modifier into the machine, achieving 100% by completing enough points in each category, and watching the town transform with new life. A broadcast will be sent out about your accomplishments. You can choose to collect 200 gold bars, but you might be embarrassed when those bars are molded into a giant statue for yourself.
Summary
Review: There is a monumental number of things you can do in this game. You can explore various parts of the map, discover hidden areas, find treasures, unlock new things to do on your farm, grow new types of plants, fish, become friends with the locals, cook meals, raise animals, and much more. Choosing what to do throughout the day will probably be the hardest part. You can unlock 100 different machines to process your stuff, 100 functional decorations, and 50 ingredients to cook meals. The story and setting are very compelling. While there are a few things that keep the game from being perfect, any player who is looking for an interesting side-scrolling spin on the cozy farming life will find at least something to do in this game. I definitely recommend this game.
