Assassin's Creed Review
It's that time. Time to rank all the Assassin's Creed games. Now to
let you know, this is entirely subjective based on experience. Certain
games may be better structured or have less bugs, but did that mean I
enjoyed playing them? So here is a quick run-down:
- Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag - Puts a smile on my face thinking about it, actually wanted to keep playing, fun mechanics, good songs, beautiful landscape to explore, distinct locations
- Assassin’s Creed: Origins - Good story, wonderful landscape, leveling a bit iffy at times, actually did all the missions, plenty of nice side-content
- Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood - Good story, great places to explore, sending off assassins is fun, bold when trying out the guild system
- Assassin’s Creed: II - Good story, good mechanics, less than thrilled with currency handling, you get your own villa
- Assassin’s Creed - Very philosophical, roots in actual assassin planning, really good main missions, terrible side missions, rudimentary landscape
- Assassin’s Creed: III - bold in almost everything, twist in story, good history-telling that made me want to learn more.
- Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate - good main missions, alright conquests, terrible side-missions, nice city, terrible bugs, awesome characters
- Assassin’s Creed: Revelations - confusing additions, unimpressive size of landscape, shorter campaign
- Assassin’s Creed: Liberation - short campaign, small maps, awesome mechanics, awesome character, great story, not enough missions
- Assassin’s Creed: Unity - Terrible Exploration, terrible interface, terrible leveling, terrible gameplay, great settings, great landscape
- Assassin’s Creed: Freedom Cry - short campaign, interesting story-telling, good character
- Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey - Terrible Leveling System, terrible dialogue, horrible grind, way too many boring missions, alright landscape, alright characters
- Assassin’s Creed: Rogue - Terrible Story, terribly implemented systems, lackluster landscape, shorter campaign
- Assassin’s Creed (Chronicles Series) - Terribly difficult, lacking substance, not that fun to play
